30.02.2025To accommodate growth, Next Travel Office expanded by merging its existing space with an adjacent unit. We demolished walls to create a large, open-plan office, enhancing functionality and collaboration. A single partition conceals the kitchen and archive, while a void in the kitchen wall forms a stylish window-style counter with high chairs, offering a casual coffee spot for employees.

SALT BURGER
30.02.2025For Salt Burger’s fifth branch, we introduced sofa-style group seating for a more social dining experience. The counters are split—one for food, the other for coffee and ice cream—to improve service flow. A glass partition separates the kitchen and counter, adding openness. The space connects to the ground floor via a staircase, ensuring smooth access. The design balances comfort, efficiency, and modern aesthetics.

It also accomodates conference and function room facilities and an impressive Spa & Gym.

30.09.2024At Heineken Headquarters, we designed a CEO meeting room and an additional meeting room as part of a finishing project. To ensure privacy and minimize noise, we separated the rooms with acoustic panels and used sound-insulated carpets for added soundproofing. We also installed high-tech video conferencing equipment, enhancing the functionality and modernity of the space.

30.09.2024Mr.Paul Penthouse located Bole Rwanda area size 150M2 we completed the interior design and fit out of this high end penthouse apartment over two levels. A feature floating staircase links both levels with large roof terrace and BBQ. High quality materials and fine workmanship secured an excellent result and a very satisified client.

30.09.2024For Okaya Energy Solution at a trade fair in Nigeria, we designed and built a visually striking booth using simple yet creative materials. The open design ensured visibility from multiple directions, attracting visitors. We incorporated a single side wall, while the remaining structure featured simple planes, creating a clean and engaging display.

Mr. Zena
30.09.2024Mr. Zena Residence renovation project involved transforming a 175m² space with an outdated facade into a modern and contemporary home. We repositioned the staircase for better flow, converted the gable roof into a flat roof, and concealed it with a parapet to give the house a sleek, rectangular appearance. The design update modernized the entire structure while maintaining its functional integrity.
