The Salt Burger Atlas Branch represents the fifth location for Salt Burger PLC, and it marks a significant evolution in the brand’s design concept. The goal was to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency of the space, creating a unique environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the brand’s identity.

A key feature of the new design is the group seating style, which combines sofa-style seating with traditional tables and chairs. This new layout promotes a more social and communal dining experience, allowing groups to enjoy their meals together in a comfortable, relaxed environment. This approach encourages longer stays and more interaction among guests, elevating the overall dining experience.

To improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service, we introduced a more organized and intuitive counter layout. The counters are divided into two distinct sections: one dedicated to food and the other for coffee and ice cream. This clear separation streamlines service, allowing customers to be served faster and creating a smoother flow for both the staff and guests.

An important design element of the Atlas Branch is the glass partition that separates the kitchen from the counter area. This partition not only adds a touch of transparency but also contributes to a sense of openness. Customers can see the chefs at work, making the kitchen feel more integrated with the rest of the space, while still maintaining the necessary separation for hygiene and functionality.

In terms of layout, the space is connected to the ground floor by a staircase, ensuring smooth accessibility between levels and enhancing the flow of movement within the restaurant. The staircase design is sleek and modern, complementing the overall contemporary feel of the branch.
