Heineken Breweries Meeting Room, Head Office (Gazebo, Addis Ababa)

At the prestigious Heineken Headquarters, we were tasked with designing and completing the CEO meeting room and an additional meeting room as part of a high-end finishing project. The goal was to create an environment that combines privacy, functionality, and modern technology, catering to the needs of top executives and ensuring an optimal space for important discussions and meetings.

To address the need for privacy and to maintain a quiet, focused atmosphere, we incorporated acoustic panels to effectively separate the rooms. These panels are designed to absorb sound and minimize noise transfer, providing a soundproof environment that allows for confidential conversations without distractions. Additionally, we chose sound-insulated carpets, further enhancing the soundproofing and ensuring that both rooms are acoustically optimized for professional use.

The design of the meeting rooms is both sophisticated and contemporary, with clean lines, premium materials, and carefully considered finishes. The overall aesthetic is modern, yet functional, reflecting Heineken's brand values of innovation and quality. The lighting design adds a touch of elegance while ensuring the space remains bright and welcoming, with adjustable lighting settings to suit different types of meetings.

To elevate the technological capabilities of the space, we installed state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment, enabling seamless communication for virtual meetings with clients, partners, and other Heineken offices around the world. This high-tech integration ensures that the CEO and other executives have access to the latest communication tools, making the space versatile and future-proof.
