Sultan Alimrha Palace Ongoing Construction Afar

The Sultan Alimirah Palace project is a comprehensive design and build initiative undertaken by Minimal, blending historical restoration with modern construction. Spanning one hectare, this mega-project involves the renovation of the existing palace along with the construction of new facilities to enhance its functionality and aesthetics.
Renovation Scope:
The palace renovation includes:
Flooring upgrades to enhance durability and elegance.
Wall restoration to maintain historical integrity while introducing modern finishes.
Ceiling refurbishments for improved aesthetics and structural integrity.
Window and door replacements to enhance natural lighting and airflow.
Roofing work to reinforce durability and architectural authenticity.
Interior design enhancements, balancing tradition with contemporary elements.

New Construction Elements:
To complement the existing palace, we are building additional structures, including:
A G+1 guesthouse to accommodate visitors with modern amenities.
622m² of fence work to provide security and define the site's perimeter.
Site work to ensure proper landscaping and accessibility.
A covered seating block for gatherings and relaxation.
External toilet facilities for added convenience.
A guardhouse to enhance security.
Greenery and landscaping to create a serene and inviting environment.
Floor finishing work throughout the site, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality look.

Project Execution & Coordination:
As a design and build project, Minimal is managing every aspect of the process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless coordination of MEP systems and other technical elements. Our professional approach ensures that every detail aligns with both functional needs and architectural significance, preserving the heritage of the palace while introducing modern enhancements.
