Mrs. Rahel Apartment Bihere Tsige

Located in Behere Tsige on a 282m² plot, Mrs. Rahel Apartment is a G+4+T residential project that successfully merges two distinct visions into one cohesive design. The project was born out of a difference in preferences between the homeowners—while the husband envisioned a villa-style home, the wife preferred a modern apartment design. Our challenge was to create a solution that satisfied both needs while maintaining functionality and aesthetic appeal.

To achieve this balance, we designed the ground and first floors (G+1) as a villa-style residence, providing a private living space for the family. The second to fourth floors were then dedicated to apartment units, offering a practical and efficient housing solution. This hybrid design allows the family to enjoy the privacy of a home while utilizing the upper floors as rental or additional living spaces.

After finalizing the design, we moved into the construction phase, where we provided continuous supervision to ensure every structural and architectural detail was executed with precision. Once the structural work and block installation were completed, we carefully developed an interior design and finishing schedule to ensure a seamless transition from construction to final touches. Each element, from materials to color schemes and fixtures, was carefully selected to align with the design vision.

The result is a modern, functional, and well-integrated residential space that reflects both the homeowners' desires while enhancing the architectural landscape of the area.
