Buna Belo Office Genet Hotel
The Buna Belo project was a design and build transformation of a small, outdated office into a modern, efficient workspace for a coffee exporting company. Located at Genet Hotel near Mexico Square, the 35m² space required a thoughtful design approach to maximize functionality while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.
From the outset, our goal was to enhance the sense of space using simple yet effective materials. During client briefings, it was clear that the office needed to accommodate multiple functions, including a reception area, a pooled workspace, and a separate manager’s office.
To create a functional division while maintaining openness, we constructed a drywall partition to separate the main working area from the manager’s office and installed a sliding door for flexibility. This ensured privacy for managerial tasks while keeping the space efficient and uncluttered.
A key design decision was to replace the old flooring with engineered wood flooring, which introduced a modern and refined look while adding warmth and durability. The reception area was designed to be welcoming and professional, setting the tone for the company’s identity.
Overall, this renovation successfully blended functionality with aesthetics, proving that even a small workspace can be transformed into a highly efficient, contemporary office. Through Minimal’s expertise in design and execution, Buna Belo now operates in a modern and well-optimized office that reflects its brand and business needs.
